What the work is worth.
Real engagements and worked examples, written up the way we would write them internally: the situation, what we did, and what it was worth once it was filed.

A five-country manufacturing group, rebuilt around one holding
Five operating companies owned in a chain that grew by acquisition, each paying tax on the way up. We put one holding on top, moved group financing and procurement to where the people are, and cut the leakage at every border.

A three-country software group, from 26% to 14%
The group's IP sat in a holding company with no people behind it. We moved it to where the team works, added real substance, and documented the whole thing to file.

Fourteen companies, five countries, one family office
Two generations had built fourteen companies and three trusts across five countries, each set up by a different adviser. We consolidated them under one family office with a single plan for residency, investments and succession.
Illustrative exampleRead the case studyCompleted engagements are marked as such; examples marked "Illustrative" show how a typical situation is handled and are not client results. Names, sectors, figures and timings are generalised or omitted so that no client is identifiable. Every result depends on that client's facts. Why not a Big Four firm, or a platform?
The Big Four are excellent at corporate tax, and usually run your personal position through a separate team. Platforms and formation services run the company's admin, not its tax rate. A local accountant files in one country. The biggest savings sit where your personal and company positions meet, and that is the part we plan as one.

One team for you and for your company.
Most clients need one of the two practices. Founders and owner-managers need both, and need them to agree with each other. That is the case for one firm rather than one each.
Personal
For individuals, founders, and families whose tax position no longer fits inside one country.
- Residency, domicile, and relocation
- Citizenship, passports, and permits
- Trusts, foundations, and succession
- Asset protection and holding structures
- Banking and account opening
- Personal returns and disclosure
You and your company
A group structure that lowers the company's rate can cost you your residency. We plan the two positions together, under one lead, so neither undoes the other.
- One lead for both positions
- One plan, sequenced across both
- One calendar of filings and renewals
Business
For groups operating, owning, or employing in more than one country.
- Group structure and holding companies
- Formation and subsidiaries
- Effective-rate optimisation
- Transfer pricing and substance
- Employer of record and contractors
- Hiring, payroll, and payouts
Questions people ask before booking.
Free, 30 minutes, by video or phone. Every request answered within 24 hours.
Is this legal?
Yes. Everything we do is tax planning within the rules: real residency, real substance, documented transfer pricing and positions filed openly with the authorities. If a structure only works while nobody looks at it, we won't build it.
What happens in the free consultation?
Thirty minutes by video or phone. You tell us where you, your family and your companies sit today and what decision is coming up. We tell you honestly whether there is something to gain and what the next step would be. There is no obligation.
What does "available 24/7" actually mean?
Once you are a client you have a dedicated consultant who knows your structure. You can reach them at any hour, and every request gets a written answer within 24 hours: the optimised route, what it saves and what we will do next.
Do I have to move country to save tax?
No. Many savings come from how a group is structured and how money moves out of it, with nobody relocating. When a move does make sense, we plan it against each country's actual residency tests.
I already have an accountant. Why would I need you?
Keep them. Most local accountants file very well in one country. We look across the countries and across you and your company, design the structure, and work alongside your existing advisers to carry it out.
How are you different from a Big Four firm?
The Big Four are excellent at corporate tax, and usually handle your personal position through a separate team. We plan both together, under one lead, and we carry out the work (formation, filings, hiring, payouts) rather than handing you a report.

Choosing a country to move to as an entrepreneur: what actually matters
Headline tax rates are the least useful way to compare countries. How residence is acquired, how foreign income is treated and how long any special regime lasts decide the real outcome.

Selling your company: why the tax work starts 12 to 24 months before the deal
Most of the tax on a sale is decided long before the heads of terms. Here is what founders can still influence a year or two out, and what becomes fixed once a buyer is at the table.

Where to register a private aircraft: choosing the registry, the owner and the operator
The registry on the tail decides which aviation authority oversees the aircraft. VAT, customs and income tax follow who owns it, who operates it and where it flies. How to make the decisions together.
